    Sad, sad day :(

    My order got lost I tracked it all the way to Toronto, shipping it to work. Saw it get accepted, but never saw it. Sad, sad day.

    Oh well, it shipped quick and wasn't that expensive so I'll place another order and hope for the best. Just wanted to share.

    My experience is once I post about it not arriving it shows up the next day! Hopefully yours does the same.

    I have some Dutchware somewhere between Dutch and Tasmania.

    Are you working in an enviroment where you could post a message or talk to the office/plant gossip about your shipment. Maybe it was temporaily misplaced, or inadvertently knocked off a table or desk?

    Sometimes when people are given an easy out they take it. I have in the past had things returned that I thought I had seen the last of, however when I made gentle inquires they showed up. Life is full of surprises.

    It is awful to suspect your coworkers might accidently pilfer something.

    Well, no signature was required so that's not an option. I tried that already And our mailroom is very good and I know everyone working there. Most mail goes to a PO box which is then picked up and brough here. Chances are that's where the problem occured.

    Thanks for the offer Dutch, but it wasn't your problem so not fair that you would pay for it. Much appreciated though!

    Here's something you might try if the package was sent by the USPS. Take the USPS tracking # and enter it at canadapost.ca. The two countries have been doing a better job of tracking lately. The USPS site often does not get updated once the package is turned over to Canada Post but sometimes the Canada Post site will resume the tracking. But sometimes not...

    Am I understanding you correctly, the shipment arrived at your local Postie Office, then it is missing from the Post Office? I would start rattling the Posties cage, see what falls out. I live in B.C. in a remote area, our posties know me, so we do not have packages or letters go missing. My address in the USA is always having mail go missing, I get other people's mail, mine just disappears off the face of the earth. I rattle cages and it still frequently goes missing. I just last week brained my mail man (not sure what will happen now). He dropped the mail in my mail box then figured out he dropped the neighbors mail in my mailbox. He had the brilliant idea to just open my front door all the way, get into my mailbox and retrieve the delivered mail. I just heard a noise, I picked up my stout walking stick and brought it down on the body coming through the door. Oops, mailman down. Not cool. I think he will put mail in the correct box in the future.

    That's a bummer you tracked it to just beyond your grasp. Look at the post office at who has a very content, well rested look. That's your guy/gal.

    Just so you know, Dutch and all the vendors want you to be completely satisfied. They live for this stuff. You CANNOT get better service anywhere else. Also, you may upset him if you deny him the service he expects of himself. I'm not saying... I'm just saying.
