    Head Holes!

Okay, so I'm at the stage now where I've sewn all the baffles to the shell of my JRB no sniv clone except for the center baffle, the one with the infamous "head hole." I have turned this over and over in my head and here's what I got... I could put two shorter baffles on each side of the head hole and sew through around the head hole... or... I could put two full length baffles very close together and cut the slit between them and maybe even sew the baffles together at the ends of the slit to keep down from escaping. Also, does JRB use velcro/omnitape to keep this hole closed when not in use? I haven't seen one in person, so I'm going off of pics online.

My knife is so sharp it cut the sixth finger off my right hand! On the plus side, Inigo Montoya no longer hunts me.

I think I might be too far into it to go that route. Those pics totally confuse me also. I'm not too concerned about looks, I just want it to be functional.
