    costly mistake

hi all happy hang'in i hope, well my stupid big mouth did it again, the family and i were geocaching i had a light pack with a eno double and my wb bb just in case we needed a break or rest. Sure enough the 8 yr old started to poop out so i busted out the hammocks, now my wife thinks i am nuts for hanging and wanting to hang in single digits. the 8yr old loves the hammock and can't wait to hang at the local state park, so the wife watching us hang gets curiuos and tries out the eno not to bad she says so i go off to help the 8yr old with a cache nearby, come back to my wife in MY bb and then goes on to tell me she could get to liking this. and nnow won't get out she wants one now, she wants mine!!!! anybody have any suggestions to get her to forget she ever tried my bb??????
i do not remember the question, however i believe beer is the answer

Opiates have semi effective amnesiatic properties... it's what they use when you have eye surgery. But I suspect the damage is done. Better get in line for another BB.

Just don't let the dog get whiff of the comfort...you might be replacing those once a month.

DUDE! You have been here since Jan, so nearly 3 months.
Quite honestly, you were warned this could happen.

Put it to your advantage: "Honey I need to get a new (piece of hammock gear) to test, FOR YOU MY DEAREST! Just to make sure YOU are comfrotable."
If she comments that she hasn't seen the new do-dad you got "For her" last month, "The testing phase isn't complete yet, soon tho! Did I menton how lovely you look in this light!"

Then next time you need new gear, the old new piece can be turned over to her as the testing is now done.

When you have a backpack on, no matter where you are, you’re home.
PAIN is INEVITABLE. MISERY is OPTIONAL.

In order to really give you good advise we need to know how long you had this wife. Would it be easier to replace the hammock?

You have no complaint! When you wife wants your hammock, give it to her!

Then you get a new hammock for yourself. Life is good.

Yes, what everyone else said. It's much easier being a junkie when the one you're married to is just as addicted.
