A little bit south of Williamsport. I know Tioga County quite well having lived there before I moved farther south.

Originally from Pittsburgh, work in Philly now, live just outside Philly. I have friends in Williamsport, Lock Haven, Jersey Shore. Every year we (a cigar group) get together in Morris, by Ski Sawmill, near the Oregon hill winery. It's between Father's Day and the Fourth of July so we usually hit the festival in Wellsboro.
I'd love to be able to move up that way but its not in the cards right now. I love that small town feel. The outfitter in town is always friendly and the bakery across from the court house is awesome.
I use to be from Jersey Shore, PA. Love pine creek.
