Less than 2 weeks away, sounds like a good general plan. Anybody hammered out the details to make it official?
Well,I can't make it this coming weekend but should make it if there's one the second weekend in Oct.
I've never organized anything like this so that's why I've been silent. I drove past one option and it looks nice--lots of trees for hanging....

Another option would be 11 Mile Canyon. I've been there and it's gorgeous.

I'm game for an impromptu hang if anyone's interested?
First snow of the year falling right now at my place. I live at 6280ft.
Just East of the Deckers/Pine.
Could be a winter hang. Bring warm cloths and quilts...
Is anything happening? I just discovered this thread.
If you don't experiment, you don't learn!
I'd be interested in joining if this is still happening.
Just curious, was there a 2013 Colorado hang?
I'm leading a small group up to Kenosha Pass Dec 27, 28, 29 for some winter hanging.
