    Replacing my ENO with....

I went out this weekend on the SHT and finally made the decision to get rid of the calf and leg pressure by replacing my ENO single. I spent hours last night looking at all of the hammock options and have decided that the WBBB XLC Single 1.7 is the way to go. I am 6'3" and 200 lbs. Before I pull the trigger on this I just wanted to see if anyone may have a suggestion on something I may have over looked.

I went to the business section of HF and made sure to check out all of the cottage industry brands as to help support them, and I think this one fits the bill. Unless.....

Double layer gives you the option of adding a pad for warmth in cooler temps.

Love my DreamHammock ThunderBird, and my RidgeRunner by Warbonnet, and the BIAS WW is very nice. Okay I have a hard time deciding, that is why I have so many. Variety is the spice of life. Plus, it's a woman's perogative to change her mind.

Ratdog, I'm pretty well set with insulation, so I don't think I'd use a pad, but it is a nice option. Just trying to pinch the pennies where I can.

I have looked at the dream hammocks, and those are what kind of threw me of from the WB. So hard to decide!

The WB XLC can have a completely enclosed top rather than the bug netting, which would be great for winter I imagine, but how do you deal with the codensation? Anyone?

If you are pinching pennies, ask about blemished hammocks at Warbonnet. Thats the route I went when I ordered my Ridgerunner. I am pretty pleased too, as I cannot tell what is blemished about it.

The thunderbird and dangerbird also have the option to enclose the top. I love my dangerbird it's my go to hammock but I have several eno hammocks one stays in my jeep, one in my work tool box, and one at the house to lend.

I keep going back to my WBBB (the 10' version). If you plan on using a full-length UQ, go with WB. I haven't found another fully integrated hammock that allows a flatter lay with a full-length UQ.

Take a good looks at the DH Thunderbird in 11', comparable hammock to WBBB XLC. I loved my WBBB while I had them but since moving the DH I have to say I'm very impressed with DH. I have a Darien UL 10 Sgl 1.0, Thunderbird 10 Sgl 2.3, Dangerbird 10 Dbl 1.9, and Missy uses a Roaming Gnome 11 Dbl 1.8. Her 11' hammock is flat as a pancake and the pack hook option allows you to make your UQ hug it tight with min fuss

The Thunderbird has removal-able bug net and over cover offering several setup in one hammock, I love day lounging at camp in open hammock but can add the bug net back on when I go to sleep. Regardless of what you get it will be a big improvement over your current hang...

    Replacing my ENO with....

Great to hear that the full length UQ will work because that is exactky what i have now. After much deliberation I decided on the WBBB XLC. Order has been placed! I can't wait to have legs that don't fall asleep.

The Thunderbird is next on the purchase list for sure. I was able to sell the ENO, so I still "NEED" a spare hammock I'm hoping the misses understands that. Thanks for the help all! Honestly can't wait to get my hands on the Dream Hammock too.
