    dutch biner as drip ring

    I am looking for a drip ring from a loop to the woopie sling would a dutch biner work for this???

    Yes or a whoopie hook will work as well. I've purposely stood in the rain and watch to make sure this works. I even tied a tissue where the loop connects with the hammock just to make sure there wasn't water getting through that ti couldn't see like inside the amsteel. As long as the tarp cover the biner you are good and even if it stuck out a little there wouldn't be enough water to worry about.
