    Super Excited...

I know the feeling. I ordered a incubator from hammock gear late in the season. I want to see how low it can go.

I expereinced -2*F last winter on my back country trip. I ended up being warm, but paid a huge weight penalty...

    1x 0*F mummy bag - 4lbs
    1x 0*F mummy bag - 6lbs
    1x thermarest basecamp - 4 lbs
1x fleece sleeping bag liner - 2 lbs

Zeppelin with overstuff will weigh a few oz over 2 lbs... Nice!

I'm thrilled with my 20 degree zeppelin and 40 degree flight jacket!

Paul and Missy are great people to deal with.

while I have not had any experience with HG, everything I've read about them on the forums indicate a reputable company...

Give them a little while longer, hopefully you'll get an update soon!

    that's good to hear Reyno2ac.

I'm going to pair the 0* Zeppelin with a 15* down sleeping bag for cold and a 0* syn mummy bag a la Shug for colder and all 3 for VERY COLD.

I email Paul several questions and he replied back quickly and with informative answers. I was impressed!

I'm curious to see how warm of weather I can make the system work.

It arrived, it's been tested, it's AWESOME!!!

It's been a while since I ordered my 0* GDD Zeppelin.

Paul was great to work with, answering all my questions via email along the way.

The Zeppelin is well constructed, and looks superb.

It's very warm, keeping me toasty down in to the mid 20's with a 15* sleeping bag as a top quilt. Everything about it oozes quality.

The first backcountry snow camping trip is scheduled for January, so it'll really get a workout then. But I have no doubts that it'll perform!

As my first underquilt, I ordered a full length one. Setup was a snap, with only minor adjustments to get rid of the gaps and cold spots.

Waiting sucks with new gear ordered. let me help.
my polar zeppelin is awesome. (-25*F) easy to use and toasty warm. was in it the past few weekends. fits almost pod like on my switchback, and fantastic on my dreamhammock. had wind just up to 40mph a couple weekends back windchill drop to -13F I didn't even notice. looking forward to colder weather.
    hope that helps
