There were perfect conditions, last night: a rainy, stormy night with some wind coming up, temperature about low 40F. So I thought by myself: Now it’s time for camping! Sounds crazy, but I slept 10 h covered in warmth by a UGQ Zeppelin 40 and 20 FJ. Arround 40F I feelt warm, but not toasty. A feeling, like sleeping in a cloud. There is a great, great difference between a sleeping bag and UQ/TQ combination. Never thought so! With upcoming wind, I’ve also learned really to love this OMW with doors by WL. Breaking up was quick: As a lazy guy, I give the LST a try. Wonderful to stay out in the woods under this conditions. Hammock was my Exped Scout. And now I’m waiting to go with the grey DH DB 11’. And for sure, I will love it. All in all: Happy new gear!
