Outstanding! You are close by, let me know if you ever want to hang, I am always up for last minute trips. This hang should be fun.

I'm trying to set one up. It's difficult on an iPad, limited functions. I hope to finalize at work.

    NOVA hang 2013 Spreadsheet

Ok this is up but needs tweaking. It supposedly is editable by other so if you can add to it, go for it. I couldn't edit the headers. Hopefully the columns are self evident.

Oak Ridge Campground at Prince William National Forest

    Hi all,

For those who are not familiar with this camp, here is a link to the site map. The C loop is the best for hanging and the sites are first come first serve. We want to try to target the back part of this loop. The bathroom is closed but the showers and bathroom at the b loop are close by.

    http://www.nps.gov/prwi/planyourvisit/oakridge.htm

Important note, your tree straps must be 1 1/2 inches and trees must be 6" in diameter. The second link covers the park hammock rule on page 20 of the PDF on this link.

    http://www.nps.gov/prwi/parkmgmt/upl...an-version.pdf

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I think you have to reserve spots in C. Only A is 1st come. And yes we will be held to two hammocks per site. They are strict. Last time there ranger said one of the trees I was using for granddaughter's hammock was too small and I had the move it.

If you need wide straps, strapworks.com is good an quick.
