I will be bringing a pop-up (10ft x 10ft) canopy and attachable windscreens. I also have a propane heater that will run off of a 5 gallon propane bottle (the type you use for BBQ's. I'll set this up as a warming tent.

Wife and I like to camp with a pop-up trailer and I have this stuff on-hand.

I'll also bring a three-burner and a two burner coleman stove that I will set up and make available to the group. I will also bring some dutch ovens and
a cast iron griddle that fits the coleman 2burner stove.

I am also going to bring an assortment of antique camping stoves to show (got to do something on Saturday during the day).

I was also thinking some geo caching would be good for Saturday. I believe there are quite a few spots to hit in the park.

Happy T-Day!

My buddy will NOT be joining us; wimped out b/c of cold & windy weather.

In an hour or so, I will be loading up ALL my gear; incldg. 2 burner Coleman & grill, propane infrared heater that sits on 30 lb. grill-type tank.

Should be there approx. 2-3 PM. See ya' all tomorrow.

I wish I could scoot down today. Traffic on 95 should be lighter today. Hopefully I'll miss the thick of it tomorrow around midday.

Very slight chance I may head out this evening. If not tonight, I will be out early tomorrow. Stay toasty.

Much to my dismay I must cancel my attendance as I woke up yesterday with fever and a nasty cold....it stinks making adult decisions. I have backpacked once before when I was sick and it was no fun! Hope everyone has a great time and enjoy!
