    Wonderful report. I was out there this past weekend as "Crew Chief" for a guy attempting the speed record (current record is 14hrs, 26min). He only made it to Burrell's Ford. You pictures make me think of what he saw, but I didn't this time.

    Knee is finally doing better. Took about 10 days. Walked about 4 1/2 miles yesterday. It's not perfect but it's much better.
