I've done it and I love it.
I've seen some post discussing using shock cord to absorb wind and I completely understand that. I thought about that myself when looking at tension on the pull-outs. However, since we really don't have the pull-outs attached to something ridged, IE a stake, a tree etc. wouldn't the tarp move as a unit and not really put undo pressure on the pull-outs? So, is the shock cord really needed? Is my thinking wrong on this? Thanks all.
