I just wanted to let everyone know the amazong customer service that Hammock Gear has. Here is the long and short of it:
-I had an issue with an UQ
-I called Adam, he told me to send it in
-1 week later I had a new UQ in my hands
There isn't a company that could provide better service than that, short of driving to my house and personally dropping it off. Adam was super nice, and willing to talk on the phone without rushing me off, or taking my issue lightly. ABSOLUTELY A COMPANY I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!
