Amazing Customer Service

I just wanted to let everyone know the amazong customer service that Hammock Gear has. Here is the long and short of it:
-I had an issue with an UQ
-I called Adam, he told me to send it in
-1 week later I had a new UQ in my hands

There isn't a company that could provide better service than that, short of driving to my house and personally dropping it off. Adam was super nice, and willing to talk on the phone without rushing me off, or taking my issue lightly. ABSOLUTELY A COMPANY I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!

I'm very +1 on this! Ordered a cuben tarp with doors a couple of weeks ago. Asked them via email how hard it would be to change it from the 11' rl I ordered to a true 12' and how much extra would that cost? So, I wait and wait for a reply, and I check my order about 3 days ago and it says "Awaiting fulfillment". Then suddenly yesterday I check my email and low and behold here's two from them both saying it's shipped and will be here Saturday!! I was floored! Not one word about extra cost even though on my order it said I had changed from 11 to 12' RL.

These guys are the best and the surprise was terrific. I still sent them extra $$ all on my own and that was after the fact of knowing it was on it's way. I can't rave enough about HG's customer service.
