    When: Jan 24-26, 2014
Where: Batona Camp (unless we have to move for some reason)
Signup Sheet: We've never had one before so why start now.

Don't you folks ever go anywhere else for these hangs? There's Waywayunda, High Point, Deleware Water Gap, Po Chuck and others. Just a suggestion. There are so many other places in New Jersey other than the Pine Barrens.

The guys who started this hang live down in the Pine Barrens area. Since they throw the party, it only makes sense that they do it in their 'backyard', so to speak. This event has been in the Pine Barrens for 6 years running - why look to change what works?

If other people wanted to organize an event or events in other parts of the state, I'm sure that people might be interested. There was just a group hang in Stokes area the weekend of MAHHA - 20 or so people attended that one.

Of course we do. You just missed a great hang at Stokes SF that many of us were at. This particular hang has traditionally been at Batona Camp in the Pines.

The entire southern half of the state is nothing but pine barrens. And the north half is still just the rest of the pinelands. Where in NJ isn't predominately pine? I asking honestly, because I'd love to check it out.

For the most part, this is all I ever see ..
