I have tried different pillows but I have gone to using my down jacket. There are times when I wake up and I am using my arm as a pillow...but then my arm falls asleep.

I purchased a Nemo Fillo two years ago, and it has been for me the ne plus ultra of comfort. I ended up having to purchase another one last month, because my son borrowed my original and I've been unable to wrestle it back from him.

It's a bit pricey at $45, but coupons are available now and again from sundry outfitters, and it's uber comfy -- worth every penny to me for the superior night's slumber I experience with it.

I'll tell you, I went through like 10 different pillows trying to find one that would work for me. I was up at Trail Days and met Adam from Hammock Gear and talked with him about retrofitting my underquilts with the new suspension and draft collars. I asked him to send me one of his pillows when he sent my UQs back to me. For me, my quest for the right pillow was over. As we all know, pillows are very much a personal preference choice but in a hammock I do not think you can go wrong with the one from Hammock Gear.

EMS down vest that packs into an inside fleecy pocket, leaving a soft pillow surface. I recently wore it as a vest for the first time too. Multi-use ftw.

    Pillow

===> Thermarest makes a soft fleecy pillow cover that you can stuff clothing into. Light, comfy, fits perfectly in a hammock.
