Hi all,

I registered on HF to get to know more about hammock camping. Why?
When I am not on the water, I tend to kling to the ground, in a tent. I recently got myself a hammock (all-in-one) set as a back-up [TravelSafe Travel Hammock]. While I am at it, I am upgrading that a bit with Ticket-to-the-Moon Tree-friendly straps, DIY Whoopy Slings (made of AlphaRopes D-core Sk75 [Dyneema]), DIY adjustable structural ridgeline (D-core also) and in time possibly an under-quilt.

I am trying to find out as much as there is to know with what is already on the forums, as soon as I render myself clueless, I'll start asking questions.

About a year later, hanging around, I see this post of my fellow countrymen. Nice! Even lives in the neighbourhood .
