Ok. I'll see what he has going on. I'm about the same.

Dang Carry, I'm glad you didn't get hurt! What were your stands made of?

Well, just my pride. And my head a little. At least the lump is going down.

I used 2x2 furring strips. I think SA nailed it, though. Physics worked against me. I knew I had the Ridgerunner too high and should've let the suspension out. I was working against the clock, though, and went ahead. It was fine while I laid in it and collapsed when I tried turning around. That's actually what saved me. Had it come down while I was laying down I would've smashed the ^&%&* out of my face. As it is I can say that metal top rail smarts when it slams into your head at high velocity. I'm thinking of using a hard hat for the next seminar.

I also failed to follow the advice I'd given a few hammocks earlier: never hang higher than you're willing to fall. Oh well. As long as I'm not viral on Youtube I'm happy. I'm also thrilled that the we had the largest turnout for a product seminar the store has seen in almost three years.

This is just embarrassing for Jax, FL first the Jaguars & now this.
The other states will think we don't know how to hang down here.
I'm kidding of course & glad your all right. Keep & eye on that head bump may be a small concussion & not something to take lightly.
What kind of a mod was that? Might be something we all want to avoid.

I just figured I'd give them a show even if I didn't have dinner available. I guess it was time. This was my 4th seminar and 1st fall. I just did it big.

Yeah, head injuries don't always manifest right away so I've been keeping an eye on it. That's been kind of hard since it's on the top of my head, though.

No mod. Just your run of the mill turtle dog.

btw, being lumped with the Jags stings.
