    Alabama Cheaha Hang

Just got back from a weekend hang with a great group of guys. We had great weather and had a really good time. Got to meet some new faces, and see some guys from the previous hangs. Looking forward to the next time. We had a good turnout this time, thanks to Abc for initiating this again.

    Those attending were:

    Abc
    Jaxx
    Grapenut
    Flysubcompact and wife
    Pabica
    Squidbilly and sons
    Obmit
    Buhlee
    Lmosely and son

Aboyd, another awesome post-hang video! Also, thanks for the second-hand starter gear you PIF'd me. It will go long way to outfitting my kids.

I too had a great time and look forward to the next outing with this crowd. Perhaps we can do Sipse next time like we discussed (winter hike and hang).

Jaxx and I linked-up with Buhlee on the Pinhote on Thursday and spent the night at the Heaven lookout. Duty called for Buhlee and he had to cut his trip short to return home for Coast Guard duties to prepare for the storm in Mobile. Thanks go out to Buhlee for his sacrifices!

We linked-up with the rest of the crew on Friday and took a dip in the awesome pool at the base of the falls (definitely worth the trip!).

Picked up a tip or two during this hang and started researching dehydrator's as soon as I got back to Huntsville. After seeing all of the delicious entrees that Squidbilly and his sons were eating, I've decided its time to dabble in the kitchen myself.

Great time with a great crowd that I look forward to spending time with again.

That's a nice video Aboyd. I was looking forward to seeing you and Abc again. I guess I'll have to wait until the next one. Hope you all had fun. Even though I had to leave early, I still had a good time. Got to spend 2 nights out in the woods and got to see Grapenut and Jaxx again. Hopefully next time I'll get to meet some of the other people that went.

    the girl

Thank you dudes for being nice around the female of the group. I enjoyed meeting you gentlemen. I was impressed with your set-ups. Hope to lighten my pack. Thank you for not making me feel like I spoiled your time due to my gender. Hope we get to hang again with you all soon, Blessings....
