the mrt after the mi fall hang

After the Michigan fall hang i went up to the MRT near cadillac Michigan. I had originally planned to do the nct/mrt loop but not arriving till the afternoon I went with plan b and just planned to do the mrt instead. So with that decision i started out on the south end and hiked about four miles and camped by cedar creek set up by six and slept wonderfully. temps got down to about high thirties best i could tell as my thermoter needed a battery. Second day i hiked about three hours and took a break ontop of the ridge at campsite #3 set up hammock and took a nice break Hiked back down river to a spot about three or miles out and camped right on the river bank...probably closer to two miles out.. awesome slept great and temps were a little warmer. Hiked out the next morning .. The colors were out the temps were perfect and most of the people i ran into were on sunday as i was coming in they were leaving.. so solitude was abundant..
its a awesome hike not to strenous with some great views.. here are some when i get my videos working will post those too..

Good to hear it was a good trip. It was good seeing you again at the hang. Thanks for the use of the trees by you.
