Check Simply Light Designs. Jared makes them. Great quality and fast service.

My SLD Trail Haven 11 has them and I they're super handy!
I love the line locs and have retro fitted all my tarps with the ones Zpacks sells. The new guyline they have is great.
I believe that Underground Quilts offers them.
I think z-packs offers them as an option

Search engines are your friend. Use "Site:hammockforums.net" in your search string.
Mountain Laurel Designs makes a couple of tarps with linelocks.
ENO tarps have them. But from experience I wouldn't really recommend them.
