    new UGQ order arrived

My UGQ order arrived yesterday and I'm very happy with the quality of the equipment and the service I received. Everything was top notch and Paul and Missy were very accommodating even with some last minute changes in the order.

Great looking set up! The color looks good too. It should give you many a warm night in the piney woods.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!

It got down to 24* last night the and quilts performed flawlessly . Only the nose got cold. I noticed a little condensation from my breath but not so bad that I noticed any loss of insulating capabilities.

With the ARD+ down and our DWR illume fabric your down is well protected from condensation issues....

Good to know, do I need to retreat it. I know about every 6 months I need to retreat some of my lighter water resistant shells. Though they see more abuse than i would expect the tarp to get.

Tarp is double coated silnylon, no retreating needed. illume quilt shells use DWR finish that tested 95%+ retention after 10 wash cycles. Doubt you will every need to retreat.

I received a winter full-length UGQ Zeppelin recently, and my skinny self was toasty at 29* last week (rated to 0*, though). For sure I'm no expert but it's a great piece, and the workmanship looks flawless. Can't wait for cold weather so's I can have an excuse to get in da woods.
