    A Simple Wish

I currently use a WBBB XLC Dbl 1.7 and I really like it. However that doesn't make it any easier when I see all of the people who are fans of their RR. Being 6'3" and 260 lbs holds me back from ordering a RR. I wish Warbonnet made a RR for us big guys. I'd be placing that order in a hurry....

You never know, sometimes today's wish becomes tomorrow's reality. I want on as well, just money in my way.

I've had both and prefer the XLC. Of course YMMV.

Been in WBRR a few times and really like it. But I love my DIY gathered end.

My wife has some problem with her legs with her gathered end hammock. I think she would just love the RR's flatness. I believe this hammock would cure her leg problem as well as her feeling of claustrophobia from the high sides of a gathered end.

This is also on my wishlist, for her.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

In addition to hikingdad, I've read about other tall hangers being happy with their RR's. Having said that have you contacted Brandon about making a longer one? IIRC, Brandon has made a triple layer BB for a HF member. If you really want a longer one maybe he could do one up.

I'm only an inch shorter and have plenty of length. You won't have a problem.

From the WB site - "The Ridgerunner (RR) is our full-featured Bridge-style hammock. It fits a user up to 6'6" and is made from breathable water-resistent fabric."

So length shouldn't be a problem.

    I'm 6'2'' 275lbs and I've never been in a more comfortable hammock.

Make sure you ask for the "beefier" head end spreader bar as some folks in the higher weight ranges have had the standard spreader fail on them.

Place the order and don't look back
