    Spindrift Grommets

    Hikingdad,

    I just ordered a spindrift and I like very tight hang on my ridgerunner also. I hope I don't have to same problem with the grommets pulling out.

    Well at least you know about it. I'm going to be sending my spindrift in for repair and try hanging less tight....hope it isn't too much of a change.

    I hope you don't have to pay for the repair of the spindrift or the postage to get it there and back. I find it interesting that he knew you had the hammock to tight and you needed to loosen it after you told him about the problem.
    IMO it should have been in the instructions on how to set it up to start with
    IMO that isn't a good way to win over customers to have a disclaimer like that after the complaints have rolled in
