Kudos for Kevin (and Bush Smarts)! It is nice to have some person or company defend themselves and not inflame the whole community or make it a personal attack on other vendors or members!

Kevin stated their position, is going to make corrections and offered to field any other concerns we may have as a community; good job.

I may never buy anything from Bush Smarts, but I will let people know they are upfront and honest when it comes to their products/practices.

    Well played sir, well played!

Thanks Kevin for the clarification and your take on this.
I hope you are able to continue following the discussions here at HF because I think you'd find a tremendous amount of useful knowledge and folks willing to share their vast hammock experience.

I understand you aren't a hammock company and only want to have one in your line-up.
Here at hammock forums, we are about the hammocks. Following user preferences and common practices here could lead to possible improvements in this hammock or maybe even unique future designs.

I like the honesty. I like the willing to listen and make changes. I see stuff on the site that would be great for the family to carry and will be buying someday when the piggy bank fills up again. I like the game kit for the kids. The game kit would give the kids something to do while I was setting stuff up or cooking.

I would like to see the hammock or hear a review on it. My budget just will not let it happen for me. So I will not see one. Those doctors take too much money.

I'm going to jump in here real quick on this particular comment. You do not know where the product was purchased from, so please be careful with what you state. Many products can be purchased wholesale and the sellers labels then attached. That is nothing new within the retail industry. Please keep the conversation civil and watch any unwarranted attacks

I'm glad both Randy (PapaSmurf) and Kevin (Bush Smarts) have chimed in. I think they both showed some class in keeping the discussions civil. This is a hammock forum and to stay on topic we should focus on the hammock.

We can talk about it based on pictures and descriptions but ultimately a customer review is what is needed at this point. Any more discussions about the company or its products would likely cause more negativity. Randy and Kevin have said their peace so I unless there is a real world review of their hammock to talk about, I don't see the point in any further discussions.

Not very often from our vendors. When it is done, credit is appropriately noted. Take Dutch's line of Tato stuff. Slapping your tag on someone else's merchandise, common place or not in mainstream retail, still sets off a flag for me. 90% of industry disclaimers may or may not be ripped from other sites, but the other 10% paid for the professional and legal end of what you are stealing to cover your end or rear, so that's ok because it's an industry standard?

I won't be buying from the site.......and they certainly are not "courting" my business.

As cool, smooth, and affluent, as Rolloff may be, I'm afraid the definition of Urbanite and he, may never cross paths.

Sorry, my wording wasn't correct, you stated what I meant to say.

The issue has been addressed by BushSmart and Papa Smurf, I think this particular thread has run it's course
