    I would like to try some rattler meat at some point. Not much into killing snakes, I'd rather have the snakes than what they eat... but if I had the chance I'd sure like to try one.

    Ate many, many, many rattlers as a kid. My friend and I used to hunt them on the weekends in the Texas Hill Country. We'd usually bag 4 or 5 of them in a day. We'd sell the skins and make kabobs with the meat. Hate you type a cliche, but they really do taste like chicken!
