FS: 3 season down underquilt 2/3 length

SOLD!: down underquilt made with 1.1 ripstop in navy blue and kelly green.

    specs:
7oz 800+ fp Hungarian Goose Down
    1.1 ripstop shell
    53" by 42" total size (2/3 length)
1.8" baffles overstuffed for 2.5" loft. Offset baffles reduce down compression.
    30° temp rating (ymmv)
    14oz including stuff sack

this quilt is made with darts at each channel to allow a differential cut that will maintain a 2+ inches loft throughout even while attached to the hammock. It is a 2/3 length design that will enable the user to keep the body heat where you need it most: the head and torso. A small ccf pad or similar can be used under your lower legs. I include 6' of bungee cordage so you can custom fit this quilt to almost any hammock. I have used this design on a Skeeter Beeter, a Claytor Mosquito, a JrB Bridge, and a Warbonnet Blackbird.

a unique feature (so far as I know) is that the drawcord at each end-channel is made of bungee so that the UQ will adjust position and give a little stretch when you move inside your hammock. It also allows less stress on the baffles and shell for optimum down loft.

Gutermann thread throughout. Quality plastic fasteners. First quality ripstop nylon.
I will include hanging instructions with the product, and offer free customer assistance where needed. Mike

    $175 + $5 ships immediatly

Mike, that looks like a super nice quilt, I was hoping for one in neon green and international orange though.

So you're selling the yogurt seperately? I like the way you did the corners. Very nice.

That really looks like a super UQ Mike, you might consider a production run of 8-10 of those things, in a more subtle color scheme.

I agree--I am signed up for the next one! Colors are fine as-is, though.

well, to be honest you'll never see the kelly green as it is the underside, and does come in handy as a bear repellant device. shine that nuclear green in it's eyes and off it goes...

i'll be searching for a supplier for subtle colors, but the Jacks already do Olive, and Brandon does Black... so maybe i'll just do gray on navy for a while. its a very nice combo anyway.. and usually your tarp is going to hide whatever lurks under it so its a moot point to a high degree
