Okay then, it looks like it will easily be good for you into the 20s, and you can get by okay even a bit below the 20s! Not bad at all.

Update on my Saturday night hang with the stacked New River/Jarbridge & extra TQ:
Got down to 16 degrees, but it did have a brief fall in temp to 12. Woke up once (normal for me) at 3:00 AM and thats when I checked the temp. When I got up at 7:30 it was still 16 F. I was toasty warm all night and never felt any cold creeping in. Hoping for some single digits soon for more testing!
I am considering a 3season Jarbidge with the Apex upgrade.
Is it going to be enough for 23-25 F? I am not planning to go lower than that.I will have an 20F sleeping bag on top.
It looks an appealing choice for around 150$ shipped to my location, and in multicam.
It can get really moisty (80%+ at night) here some days,so i would rather avoid down,as i will use it for extended period of time and dont want it compromised.
Glad you found something! I am in need of an UQ and with so many options available it is a tough choice on how to proceed.
the apex is good stuff....i got a new apex NewRiver and used it for a week now...last few days...lows were 20°F and little lower, and a 20° climashield combat (apex) bag...with no tarp and a wind factor , and passed the shake-down test nicely.....also, it has an impressive amount of loft to it...
I have 3 Jarbriges ( 1 Summer Season and 2 of the 3 Season ). Great UQ at a great price.I am a DIY person, it required a lot of faith to purchase "Ready Made".
I take them to group hangs as some one always needs to borrow a UQ and or try one. I am pretty sure Paul has gotten a few sales as a result.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
I want to say Thank you! for sending the UQ for my Ridgerunner in Time to take it home for Christmas.
I'll be sleeping warm and cozy on my next winter trip.
