If you have cookies enabled you should only see it once. Hit "cancel" and you should never see it again.

If you have private browsing on, you will always see it

I'm glad someone else feels that way as well, thought o was the only one. I tried that app when it was free on Amazon. I didn't like it at all, nothing about it appealed to me.
