    I wonder if it's something as simple as them sending you the wrong bag, because my 0* bag from him is thicker than an inch. Heck, there's a video on his ultimate thule bag that's like 8" high or something...

    I have the -20F Wiggy's Ultima Thule, the top layer is around 5-6" thick. It's a big, bulky bag.

    It sounds like you definitely have the wrong bag

    Wiggy's -20/-60 bag system is the Ultima Thule with the FTRSS overbag. The Ultima Thule inner bag is rated to -20. Add the over bag and it's -60. If you were in the thin bag (overbag), that's only rated to +35 and that would explain why you were cold at +20. Had you just been in the inner bag, you would have been toasty at +20.
