I've always been a knots man.... But

After a another great weekend away with a few mates (fellow HF members here is aust.) the urge got me and as soon as i was home to get ordering from Dutch.

Here is a quick vid of the setup i made. Probably more complex than required and im looking forward to playing with it some more..

On holidays now and getting away in the canoe for a couple of nights next week.... More campside tweeking for sure..

Who has some ideas and pointers?

It's the same system I use, it can get a little fiddly in the coldest of our winters when the fingers are numb and not too dexterous, but for 90% of the year it's great.

I've noticed my Flyz will slip a little on the Zing-it when I'm using the SF, even when it's locked off it wants to slide a tiny bit when I crank up the tension or we get heavy winds.

Nice work Lepmeister. I don't think you have quite got that tarp flyz set up properly though.

I like to keep my flyz on a prussic for a crl just in case I have to move it.

Do I understand you correctly that you put the fly on a prussic and that is how you position it along the ridge line, instead of adjusting it by running the ridgeline directly through the holes in the fly?

Well yes if I am making a crl for someone else. But for me, I use two flyz and two lines.
