Or you could add 'guyline pockets' of netting to your tarp - like the Exped Combi tarp (and my DIY Winter Tarp) have.
Just fig-8 the line around your fingers and tuck it in the pocket when you strike the tarp.
Or just use elastic bands or hitches around the fig-8 hanks.

Just saw an arrangement where the line was fixed permanently on the stake end and the free end was hitched to a shock cord loop on the tarp end. Seems like a good setup and cords store w stakes.

I've been following this post closely, and was tempted to do the opposite you're going - place four Dutch Flyz on my main stakes. That said, I really like your idea, but I'm concerned with doing this on my Cuben - want to avoid punctures. May I ask what type of material you have on your tarp?

Due to hand problems making knot tieing difficult I now use Nite Ize figure nines (small) attached to and left on the tarp with 2m lines having a loop to go over the peg and tighten the loose end around the N I fig 9's. Saves me pain in my fingers. HTH Alani

I always remove my guys to save tangling in the wind.

I've been using captive stakes on my guylines for a couple of years now-saves losing ti-stakes, stops the tangles and makes admin much easier.

To attach to the tarp, I've extensively tested figure 9's, Dutch Flyz and Clamcleat CL274 (Open cleats, not the micro guy line models)

Favourite is Nite-Ize fig 9's like Humpback and the open cleats. Flyz are good and much stronger/lighter but are slightly slower to adjust.

    Removable guylines?

I use separate snake skins for my tarp so it is easily controlled in windy situations. Additionally, I have the HH Hex which has guy line 'pouches' at each corner so I just hand figure eight and stuff. No problems. I would go with the guy lines on stakes if I didn't have those pockets.

I'm using the tiny S-biners Bannerstone mentioned, but for a different reason. I like being able to see the sky when it's nice out, but be able to deploy the tarp quickly when that changes. So, on one side of the tarp I have the S-biners, and when it's nice I just unclip them from their guylines, fold the tarp over the ridgeline, and reclip them to the matching loops on the other side. When rain comes in, it's just another unclip-reclip and I'm covered.

Wow, tons of ideas here. Thanks everyone! I'm kind of liking the idea of tying to the stake, never even considered that.
It's great that, unlike me, there are people that think outside the box

This is my set up. I have eyes spliced into all of my guy lines and can then just lark's head them on whichever tarp I am setting up. Allows for tangle free lines every time when they are bundled separately.
