    11' Thunderbird Pics?

Trying to decide on a 11' Thunderbird or the "other" bird........Anybody got any close up pics of the TB? Maybe a couple shots of it being occupied? I have looked at the pics on the website but was hoping for something a little closer. Somebody really ought do a You Tube review..........

    TIA,

sorry don't have photos to help. but I chose the Thunderbird over Dangerbird due to removable bug net and removable over-cover. Dangerbird keeps both zipped on I believe.
    I love mine.

The ThunderBird and DangerBird are about the same, except the ThunderBird has removeable net and cover as stated above. They lay pretty much the same. I have had both, and I now have the ThunderBird. I sometimes miss the DangerBird and the ability to half way deploy the net and halfway deploy the cover to keep the sun off of me. I love the quilt hooks, ut I think youget that on both now.
    Good luck in your decision.

Thank you both. All things mentioned are things that have been kicked around. I like the idea of removable net and cover. Hadnt thought about the half and half part. Still would like to see some pics if anybody has any.....

Cali: is that an FXST in your avatar?

It's a Yamaha Raider 1800. Don't have it anymore, it was my husband's. I have a Honda VTX 1800. FXST doesn't mean anything to me, I'm not sure what that is. I'm a bit dense when it comes to that.

My husband told me this was a design for Harley, but Harley turned it down and Yamaha jumped on it. It was very fast and a nice bike. My husband has bad knees and couldn't handle the weight anymore. Out driveway is gravel, and he almost laid it down.

They just cant reproduce that sound no matter how hard they try. They make'em look more and more like them every year. Nothin like a heavy touring bike on gravel!

I went with the 11' Thunderbird but it is in production so I have no photos yet. I went with the top of the line to avoid wanting it to be different down the line and having to mod it rather than just having the options built in from the get go. Removable everything that includes everything was too good to pass up.
