    Another Toggle Material

I was wandering through my local Ace Hardware today and ran across these "sturdy stakes" in the gardening section. I'm always on the look-out for good toggle materials. This looked dense and solid green plastic sticks 25" long a little bigger around than a pencil. So, I brought one home and chopped it up into 3" sections only to discover that it's plastic covering aluminum tubing. That worked for me as I was able to drill a hole in the end of each and add a loop of reflective line. My 3" sections weigh 5 grams each. Should work perfect. Maybe common knowledge, but just thought I'd pass along the idea.

I might have to check that out, I'm using a hollow aluminum tube now. I have seen a carbon arrow shaft crush and fold once already. I don't have a fear of heights or falling, just hitting the ground real hard. LOL. Thanks for the post.
