I was wandering through my local Ace Hardware today and ran across these "sturdy stakes" in the gardening section. I'm always on the look-out for good toggle materials. This looked dense and solid green plastic sticks 25" long a little bigger around than a pencil. So, I brought one home and chopped it up into 3" sections only to discover that it's plastic covering aluminum tubing. That worked for me as I was able to drill a hole in the end of each and add a loop of reflective line. My 3" sections weigh 5 grams each. Should work perfect. Maybe common knowledge, but just thought I'd pass along the idea.
