Springer New Years Hang

I don't think a thread was established on this topic, but it was discussed quite a bit. I cannot find that thread, so am adding this.
Is anyone planning to go to Springer for a new years eve hang? Several expressed interest, including myself. It isn't long to wait, so pile on what you think, etc.
If it happens I will be driving my Expedition up to the trail head near springer, so perhaps I can give a few a lift from Amicalola Falls S.P. parking area.
I would like to go up on the 30th. for a 2/3 nighter.

Might check WB; it's been discussed there in times past. I spent NYE on Springer several years ago - about 15 souls and some hangers, too.

Can't make it this time old4hats, but I'll see you at the FLA hang.

On the to-do list, but the missus wants to go. [so that means no inclement weather and no teens for the low temps] She is still a tenderfoot. [me too, but don't tell anybody]

There could be a heat wave by then, and she would be a great addition to the hang.
