    Flamethrower socks

I got a pair for Christmas and they ROCK!

Family made fun of me because I got red ones and they look a little like elf shoes but I don't care, my feet were warm.

    Thanks Paul!

Flame thrower socks rock,,as the wife and I have had ours at least 2.5 yrs now? I occasionally take out the liners on a pair of light weight sorel hunting boots while in the deer stand and put the flame throwers on inside the boots and feet are absolutely toast sitting all day 20' off the ground in wind, rain, and snow as well as in the hammock! Think about the many uses you can use them for while using them.

Going on a 3 day winter backpacking trip January 3rd and the Flamethrower socks and jarbidge will be rolling with me!. They have saved my toes on many occasions and I also have the elf looking red ones.

Across the toe of mine, there is a seam with no insulation. I can feel the coolness there. My extremities are all extra sensitive to cold. Got any suggestions on how I can improve how well those socks work for me? I'm familiar with cold weather food and hot drink tips, but not with knowledge about down socks.

I'd contact Paul and ask him. Maybe there's something he can do

Heyyou, There should not be a seam over the toe in our socks??? there are only 2 chambers for the down...under the foot (foot bed area) and the top section which is all one chamber. If the toes don't have enough down in them then it settled to other areas, to redistribute just pat the socks to redistribute the down more evenly and or direct extra to right where you want it.
