    Upgrade

Looking to upgrade my hammock from an ENO double nest? And was thinking about an adjustable structural ridgeline?

Think away. You can have one of those for just about any rig you chose to hang from.

I have a fixed one on my BIAS and always get a great lay. Adjustable makes it nice to dial a rig in. Once you have that established, you can just leave it, or measure for length, make a fixed one, and use the adjustable on any others you acquire, to do the same.

I'd buy one, but the standard 83%, always seems to work fine for me.

Length and width of the hammock body should probably be the actual upgrade. 11' hammocks lay a world of difference apart from a 9 or even a 10'. Especially if you are over 5'8" of so.

Just to clarify, because it will likely have an effect on what answers you get:

When you say you are looking to upgrade, does that mean you are looking to buy a new hammock, or are you looking to keep your ENO, but upgrade it via new suspension, adding a ridge line, etc.?

Everyone's different. I have adjustable ridge lines on my hammocks and fiddle with them constantly depending on the distance between trees and how I feel. My BIAS was fine without any ridge line, but that change when I took it out of the back yard. Go figure.

If you're splicing savvy, I would recommend making your own ridgeline. I have one that I made UCR style out of dynaglide, and it works really well. The advantage of UCR over whoopie sling ridgelines is that the excess length drops conveniently at my feet instead of the middle of the hammock.
