Is the shape tapered like the latest design?

Not sure. It is labeled as the same thing, so unless they have changed the design since I purchased I guess it would be the same.

Can they fit a hhul

The Burrow is a top quilt and will work for any hammock. I'm not sure about the Incubator since I unfamiliar with the hhul. Sorry.

Wt of the Incubator as it is now with suspension?

I'm guessing you are asking the weight? Sorry, but I do not have a scale to weigh it. It has whatever the stock suspension at the time was, so it's probably pretty comparable to the current weight.
