Another great hang and much applause should go to Tim & Pete for bringing us all together and all the work they have done. Especial thanks to Skypainter for bailing me out again. Last year we had 10 inches of snow, this year a dusting of snow on Friday then rain Saturday followed by high winds this morning. Great food from donuts and pancakes by Dutch for breakfast to another great roast for Saturday's dinner with countless other food in between.
===> Also, before I pass out again, I want to remind everyone that although I made the dozens of donuts, Nitehauk is the NEHHA originator, and usually made them! They were Tim's recipe! Since he was footing the bill for a 15 lb Roast Beef, I figured I would cover the donuts, since I couldn't get the Goat meat.

What a great time we all had! The always changing weather, the treacherous ice on the hill and parking lot. THE FOOD!!! It was a feast that started Friday and continued on till Sunday! And speaking of food, Scrapple, I highly recommend it, especially with lots of condiments like salt, pepper, fire sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo, cheese, bacon, kraut, or pretty much anything that will enhance :cough:hide:cough: that truly unique flavor that stays with you long after you've brushed your teeth. Thanks Dutch, I will never forget it! Warm drinks by the campfire, big laughs, new friends, old friends, awesome prizes, and just an overall joy to be there with everyone. Thanks to everyone for welcoming me to my 1st NEHHA winter hang. A BIG GIANT thanks to Tim, and Pete, and everyone else for putting it all together. Thank You!!
This was my first hang and actually my first time in the woods overnight in my hammock setup. Had a GREAT time and also learned a lot. Food was amazing and there was plenty of it all weekend long!!
It was awesome meeting everyone and thanks to Tim and Pete for putting everything together.
