Easiest way to figure out what size you'll need for YOUR UQ is to put it in a pillowcase or plastic bag and fold in the edges of it until you've got it as small as you think is practical. Then take a measuring tape (not the metal kind..) and measure circumference and length.

After that add some extra inches for the type of closure you want and go from there.

The alternative is to try a bunch of different stuff sacks that you or your friends already have until you hit the right size.

    Exact size stuff sack tutorial

Err on being too big vs too small.

If you DIY, here's a tutorial for making it the size you want.

    After you know your size......

I have used this for every stuff sac I've made

There's a link to an excel spreadsheet in the about video section.

This may not be the answer you were looking for but maybe give a little different idea about pack organization, consider putting all your down into a larger dry bag that fills up the bottom of your pack so it uses the space more efficiently. Trash compactor bags are popular. I've discovered that a 14" wide by 26" tall dry bag handles a 3 season quilt set plus a puffer jacket and fits perfectly inside the body of a ULA Ohm.

I've recently purchased a larger pack for full winter camping and still deciding on the dimensions of my dry bag.

I have that same quilt. Just wondermous, it is. I just use the bag it came in. If memory serves, I purchased a 10L compression sack for my DIY under quilt which would fit the incubator fine. It's a little oversized to start with, but the straps pull the whole works down to a manageable size. Its nice not having to fight the beast into the sack.
