Those were all the camping hammock vendors - but there was actually another hammock booth there selling under the name 'Sweet Springs Hammocks' (No Website). They had several hand woven Mayan-style offerings in both nylon and cotton, including some exquisitely comfortable hammock chairs. Cannibal, attroll, and I all bought one of their woven cotton chairs (single hang point), so those will get reviewed after some use as well.

I look forward to meeting more users today. I know see all the fun and great times I have been missing by not attending the hangs here in the south. I really wish I could get down here to attend some.

Tom Hennessy bought a Blackbird? That is so funny. He probably just wanted a real comfortable hammock to lay in...lol. Just kidding Hennessy faithful.
I bet he has that thing torn a part lying on the floor scratching his head saying, "Now why didn't I think of that?"

I wouldn't be surprised if his next model is named the Stealth.

Tom Hennessy was Brandon's #1 (read first) Trail Days customer. It was a Double 1.7, for the record. Brian and I were greatly amused, and completely speechless.

I don't want to spend too much time speculating on the conversation that occured - but it's safe to say that Tom will be taking it apart to get a closer look.
I remember talkin to Brandon 2 years ago at trail days watching tom come and try out the hammocks, later saw him video tape everyones booth. Funny how he changed his mind.
Is that too much to ask? Girls with frikkin' lasers on their heads?

Did he change his mind? Or is he gathering evidence? Hopefully the prior art is convincing enough to keep him from even trying anything.

C'mon guys and gals - read between the lines

Tom was gathering evidence. Brandon knows that. Brandon knows Tom's patent claims well, and feels he's safe. Tom knows that. We just have to sit and watch.

I'm hoping to avoid another patent debate...
