Those were all the camping hammock vendors - but there was actually another hammock booth there selling under the name 'Sweet Springs Hammocks' (No Website). They had several hand woven Mayan-style offerings in both nylon and cotton, including some exquisitely comfortable hammock chairs. I remember talkin to Brandon 2 years ago at trail days watching tom come and try out the hammocks, later saw him video tape everyones booth. Funny how he changed his mind.One amusing thing from the weekend - I was sitting in the Warbonnet booth early Friday morning, talking to Brandon and Brian (OES). After a few minutes, Tom Hennessy walked in. He spent several minutes inspecting one of the displayed BlackBirds, and a few more minutes talking about the design merits.He clearly was impressed - because he bought one. Tom Hennessy was Brandon's #1 (read first) Trail Days customer.
It was a Double 1.7, for the record. Brian and I were greatly amused, and completely speechless.
I don't want to spend too much time speculating on the conversation that occured - but it's safe to say that Tom will be taking it apart to get a closer look.
