WV>Spruce Knob/Seneca Falls Trail>April 11-13th>Hike-N-Hang

This hike looks interesting. I'm going to be missing MAHHA due to a scout hammock campout. This could be a cool substitute. I'm going to talk to my son and see if he is up for it. I will need to get myself in shape for it though.

I am putting this hike on my radar. I really like Seneca Creek area, but I don't get enough hikes there. Sounds like a great plan.

Spruce Knob ... hmmmm.... in March ...... trail starts about 4850 ft.... Should be pleasant; you could do Roan High Knob in February as a warmup.

Oh the march dates mean to refer to the triple crown dates not the spruce knob dates. Sorry for any confusion. The original spruce knob dates are still in April.

This looks like a great trip. I would like to try and join you. I am newer to backpacking and would like to go with other people before going out by myself. I just have to try to get off work.
