I just wanted to post about a recent experience I had with Adam from HG. I needed a 0* underquilt for a trip I'm taking in a few weeks. I asked on the forums who shipped the quickest or had in stick product.
I think pretty much all the vendors were recommended due to overall great CS given. I chose to call Adam at HG first. He picked up te phone on the second ring and had me squared away in minutes.
Even though they were incredibly busy ( being after Xmas and cold butt season and all) he shipped it to me well in advance of when he said it would arrive.
It was my first time dealing with HG and I must say I am impressed.
I constantly see excellent reviews and happy customers in the forums but until I experienced it it didn't mean as much
Maybe I'm being sappy but it makes me extremely proud to buy a product from an American company who gives a sheet! It really does mean something in this day of crappy Chinese junk and automated CS from another country
So I raise my glass and toast Adam and the HG crew. Thank you very much!
