I am thinking of replacing the rope from a stock HH with that air core stuff....you know that white rope that Just Jeff uses...Link
It looks so thin! Can that stuff really support me in my HH?

The original support lines on a HH are made from Spectra and I think Air Core is also a type of Spectra.
One thought: I have found that using thinner lines has more of a tendency to "cut" things is comes in contact with. I think HE said something about thin support lines damaging his hammock. I used some really small line to secure my HH top cover when I first made it. I had it tied through a webbing loop and when I pulled it out it actually cut the webbing like a hot knife through butter. If you are tying on to the original HH Spectra you may not have to worry about that.

Thanks for the replies...
I wasn't thinking of having 6 feet of the stuff on either end of my hammock...I was going to use just a few inches.
Basically I want to use the Ring Buckle Supports system on my HH.

Yep - the Air Core Plus works fine. I used to use the Air Core 2 for ridgelines, but they started cutting into the supports. Air Core 2 would be good for tarp tie-outs though.
I haven't measured it, but I think the Air Core Plus stretches a bit if you use it for full supports. I haven't used the full-length Air Core Plus supports long enough to see if it's low or high memory stretch.
Not a big deal for the <1' you need for ring buckles, but if you have 6' you might notice it.
