Welcome from Manitowoc, WI.
Plenty of great places to hang year round.
And it was awesome. Going to be a lot lighter this summer than we were at the beginning of last summer thanks to all the knowledge gained on this here hammock forum.
Just an fyi, if any of you are near Hales Corners, the Kmart there is closing. They have these Coleman alum stakes on clearance for 2 bucks a pack. I stocked up. They're not the greatest, but lighter than a bunch of bulky plastic ones.

Hi howdy and welcome in. What's this I hear about a group hang??
(insert pithy quote here)
Being a DIY type of guy I should mention a very cheap way to come into some really lightweight yet very strong trekking poles and that is to modify a couple of golf clubs by trimming off the heads (drivers work best) and depending on how big your hands are, the grips also.
Happy Trails to one and all.
Enjoy the outdoors wisely and elevate your perspective.
