    Wink Hello From Wisconsin

    Hello All,

My name is Red, I am from Wisconsin and an avid outdoors man. Anything from hunting, fishing, hiking, climbing, camping and heirloom gardening. Big fan of Shug and Professor Hammock on YouTube!(they were the ones who turned me onto this site)

Looking to become a gear reviewer / adventurer myself so any hints, tips, advice would be greatly appreciated.

Awesome website and looking forward into becoming an active member !

    Thanks,

    -Red-

Never been to Sugar Camp, WI I will have to take a look at it online. I live in Southeastern Wisconsin pretty close to Milwaukee, GO BREWERS!

I googled Badgerland thinking it was a town i had not heard off. Should get a group hang going some day. I also fell victim to the Shug channel.

I'll be honest, my only 2 gear spots are really Sherpers and REI. But they of course only have the bigger name brand type stuff. Sherpers does have a fair amount of buckles etc for diy, but their webbing selection is "unknown" I was asking about specifically polyester webbing, and they couldn't tell my if it was nylon or poly.

There are probably far better choices from the cottage vendors here.

Or, since I just took over custody of my mom's 1948 Kenmore thread injector, there is always the DIY route that I'm going to explore.
