I put in an order for a bunch of stuff to make 2 tarps. I had an issue and the transaction went through twice so i tried calling them today but it says they're number is no longer in service. I tried both the 1800 and 941 numbers on their site.

I did send them an email to let them know about my order and that their numbers weren't working.

Sounds like you handled it well, seeking other means of communicating. Don't worry - they are one of the best (and nicest) vendors out there, which is saying a lot.

This was my first time ordering from them and i've read nothing but good things about them on numerous forums. I'll sit tight and hope to hear from them soon.

Donna again...I just tried calling a phone number they gave me not on their website, and it has the same out of service message. I'm guessing they are having trouble with their phones. If they have internet access through their phone company, they probably don't have e-mail right now either.

Put a small order in this morning and received the normal email order confirmation. They have been great each time I have ordered so I am sure everything will be fine.
