Wow, not that I'm slamming them, but they should have at least chosen a more unique name. And $350 for a hammock is quite a steep price.

Well, in spite of the uncool copy-cat name, expensive price, and super short hammocks, they do offer a wide assortment of colors.

I have one of these hammocks, bought it last year while stopping in Two Harbours on the way to Duluth. This is a small two woman company who I'm sure have no idea that there is another company out there with the same name.
This is NOT a hammock that you would want to take back packing, or even in a kayak. They're big and heavy but they are super comfy, and WARM! I slept in mine for a long time, til I made my own, I now use it on the balcony. It was nowhere near $350 though!

I think they are just trying to market them as lounging hammocks…..bet they do not even know of HF. I see they are in MN and I drive through Two Harbors when I go up to backpack and have never noticed their shop. At least they offer tree straps to hang…that is a plus for them as compared to most non-HF hammock dealers.
Will be up that way soon and may check in.

I think one of the ladies was on HF about a year ago advertising these hammocks. I'm getting old though and may be wrong.

We didn't take offense when they opened in 2011 because they are in a different market than we are and they obviously have good taste.

They looked like something my wife would enjoy. She is 5'2" and will never backpack. She loves the colors. I may be a customer in the future.
Where did the $350.00 come from? Their site says $199.00.

I was going on what Fish had posted when I quoted the price. As I said, mine was nowhere near $350.
Shug, if you're looking for them, they're on your right hand side, as you come from Duluth, they also advertise wild rice, I didn't even spot them at first, my boyfriend noticed the hammock out front. Now that it's winter, that's inside, but it's not far from the superior hiking trail headquarters, just down from Judy's
