I made a PLUQ and don't find it amenable to stuffing into a stuff sack--though I guess one could do that. I roll it and put it into a tall narrow "sack" originally used to house a Thermarest sleeping pad (long). YMMV.

One poncho liner will fit perfectly in a small kelty compression bag. You may be able to fit both in the kelty medium. I am opting to use the small for the different poncho liners I have.
